It has Patina already but I want to turn it back to shiny chrome-like silver. Where can I take it for that and how much does it run about?

I was wondering if just any jeweler can be trusted to restore it because the closest Tiffany store is a ways from me and I don’t feel like taking the trek just to clean the ring. (Besides that I may HAVE to buy something if I do…lol)
if its real then you can take it to tiffany’s and they will clean it for you.
and btw, its metal so it doesnt patina, it tarnishes.
